Autodesk sells AutoCAD not as a design tool, but as a medium for creation and delivery of architectural plans, specifications, and other visual graphics. Autodesk specifically distributes CAD as a license to the software, not as a license to use the software. Having a queue of sockets that each thread gets, and when a connection is received, the thread dequeues and processes the request
Having a single socket which each thread keeps receiving from, then using the data to process the request

I’ve seen some websites like CGI where the server has a queue of incoming sockets, then each thread processes a socket one by one, the order they process the sockets is arbitrary, and that sounds very much like the first method.
So which method would be more efficient and why?

There is a single thread per socket for multiple reasons.

You don’t want to block other threads from receiving incoming messages/requests and processing them. This could block your threads for a long time and cause your application to become non-responsive.
You can implement more complex logic in your threading. You don’t have to split processing responsibilities among multiple threads to add complex logic to your server application.
You can utilize multiple threads for different functional areas of your application. For example, you could have one thread handling the receiving of requests while another thread is handling the execution of the application itself.

With Type, you can create, edit, format, and convert a wide variety of geometric and graphical elements: lines, arcs, circles, and other geometric shapes, polygons, text, table/list/grid, 3D objects, solid and surface fills, stroking and other drawing styles, and more. In addition, Type supports color and transparency.

Choose a tool (pen, pencil, ruler, angle grinder, and the like), customize its characteristics, and apply it to a selected feature. If the feature is a line, line the entire object. If the feature is a shape, select a sub-shape, and apply Type tools to the entire shape.
