I am trying to create a jar for an application I am writing in scala and after reading all the problems one may encounter with it I would like to ask if anyone has ran into these before and if they have been able to solve them.
If I am not setting the main class in the build.sbt then when I run the jar file it complains that it can not find the main.
Also if I try to run the jar file using the scala console with object runtime it complains that no main class defined.
I am not sure if I am being a complete newb, but I have tried researching online and I am unable to find a definitive answer as to how to set the jar configuration for the scala application as a whole.
Any help is appreciated!
