By Taskbar Shadow is a small application that will add a cool drop shadow effect to the default Windows 7 taskbar.
What differentiates this tool from some other that are currently available is that Taskbar Shadow is location aware! this means that whether the taskbar is situated at the bottom, top, right or left, this tool works equally well. Previous app/s got separated into a couple of apps, if a user had Taskbar on Top or Bottom. These previous apps did not have Shadow options for Left or Right.
Taskbar Shadow creates a shadow for the taskbar in any position – bottom, top, right or left!
Once the application is started, you can right-click the shadow to change Opacity. To Exit, right-click the Shadow and Select Exit.

• When left unspecified, the second color will be the same as the taskbar at the Top.
• When Left and Right Taskbars are specified, one of the two colors will be the taskbar at the Bottom color.
• When Left and Right Taskbars are left unassigned, one of the two colors will be the taskbar at the Top color.
• When Left and Right Taskbars are left unassigned, both colors will be the same as the taskbar at the Top.

In this article, I will show how to add transparency to all your selected windows with ease.
First of all, create a new snapshot. Save the image as a PNG file and name it “Opacity.png”. The path to your picture can be found by right-clicking on the Icon in the Start Menu (Windows Vista or Windows 7). Then select Properties. You will see the path to your picture located under the Icon Section.
Now delete the Picture at the end of the title.
Right-click on the new picture and select Flip Vertical.
Move the Picture in the title area by using your mouse.
Now make sure the picture is below the title area.

Saving this file will automatically make the picture fade up.
Now you can now apply the same trick to all your selected windows.
Simply save the “Opacity.png” file again into your Pictures folder.
Right-click the picture and select “Open with Paint”.
Now go to the Window section and click on the first window in the group.
Press Alt to get a menu.
Now click on the down arrow and select “Window”.
Now select “Transparency”.
Now move the picture into the bottom half.
Now make sure the picture is below the picture above it.
Now select the picture and move it up. Make sure it is below the picture above it.
