Kabeja provides a flexible, open-source library for DXF format processing. Kabeja-DXF contains a DXF parser and an HTML renderer, processing commands such as DSC, INS, DLP, NVL, KSL and MFD, layer, text, and graphic elements.

Kabeja is a simple java program and web application for working with and merging DXF and DWG files. It is written in pure Java and uses no other libraries than Java libraries. It offers very intuitive user interfaces and is very easy to use.
Kabeja Features:

■ Can do simple merging and move operations as well as automated by specifying masking and cutting lines.

We have studied FSH in the mouse testis by both immunofluorescence and immunoperoxidase on thin frozen sections. The indirect immunofluorescence technique is widely accepted as a sensitive and specific method for FSH determination in tissues. We adapted this technique to fixed testis tissue to compare the results. These studies show that the two techniques are not equivalent. Thin frozen sections are required for proper fixation and allow the preparation of cryostat sections at any selected thickness. VSMCs isolated from aortas of Zucker lean (ZL) and obese (ZO) rats were used as a model of obesity. VSMCs were isolated from aortas of ZL rats, cultured and incubated with 10 nmol/l insulin for 3 min followed by stimulation with 100 nmol/l leptin for 10, 20 and 60 min. VSMCs were isolated from aortas of ZL rats and incubated with insulin (3.3 nmol/l) or leptin (10 nmol/l) for 3 min, followed by stimulation with 100 nmol/l insulin for 3 min.
