Estonia currently has the lowest rate of teen pregnancy in the European Union, according to new data from the european commission released this week. In 2011, there were just under a total of 73 conceptions among girls aged 15-17, the European Commission for combating juvenile delinquency, and the sexual exploitation of children report shows that since 2006, the number of pregnancies and newborns has sharply dropped from around 38 a year to just under 13 in the recent calendar year.
