This is a full featured loco.

The LMS Stanier Mogul is a Jubilee Pacific-type electric locomotive, with a successful career before the company became part of British Railways and then British Rail. It was built in 1977, and underwent a number of modifications between then and its closure in 1987. The locomotive that you have access to, was one of twelve locomotives that carried out a five year conversion to Series 4. Built in 1980, the Series 4, or the “Welsh Wizard” as it came to be known, was a winner of the prestigious British Railways Jubilee Award for 1982. It had a successful career until British Rail’s closure, when in 1987 the Welsh Wizard was withdrawn from service, and it returned to its home depot on the Cammell Laird Shipyard site in Birkenhead.

The loco is a download, and as such you will need to download the DLC first before you can start the game.

    About This ContentFeature: It is a two-fold update that firstly fixes the issue with the cities not appearing properly in some terrains and secondly introduces a custom map where all the added mountains are. In this map, you can start out in any of the five selected towns: You will not be starting at the boot camp unless you have defeated the mission and a suit of armor. For high level players, after you are called to deliver for the first time, there is a special mission where you must retrieve the armor in the box and pick it up from the Armor storage and then you are able to leave it at the doorman and be back to the waiting room. The job, or in this case the armor, is now just sitting there, waiting for you to pick it up, and the part that seems to be most confusing is the lack of a mission to pick it up. Yes, you will start on the edge of the map, but that does not mean you are on the edge of the map. There is no mission to pick it up. Instead, you can wait for the doorman and be back to the waiting room. This gives the players a chance to download the new version and see if their cities are broken or not. These are some of the changes:
